BJP leaders and IT Cell shared a Bhojpuri movie scene as a Bengal incident to incite riots

Series of posts with same photo and caption are being shared to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and maybe on WhatsApp too

What’s the part of BJP IT Cell in Bengal communal riots happening now? Not only a Facebook post by a 17-year-old boy incited the hatred amongst people in West Bengal, but a systematic spreading of fake stories (including edited photos and videos) by BJP leaders and their IT Cell with thousands of fake accounts is also a reason. Want proof? Here we go:

Vijeta Malik, whose Facebook profile reads “State Executive Member BJP Haryana & A sewika at Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)”, has shared a slightly cropped still photo of a Bhojpuri movie called Aurat Khilona Nahi (औरत खिलौना नहीं) with a caption that definitely incites hatred towards the Muslims of West Bengal. The caption of the photo reads:

Translation to English: Current situations in Bengal is fearsome for Hindus as Hindus are being beaten up and Hindu women are being raped in public. No one is ever talking about this and no one is returning their awards, no one is talking about leaving the country, and even the West Bengal state government is also silent on this issue. If the state government is not taking any actions, the central government should take action.

UPDATE: She has deleted the post from Facebook and Instagram, however it’s still “live” on her Twitter account and Tumblr blog. [Link to the above post, if the embed is not visible]. Many Facebook profiles which says “working for BJP” in their about section are sharing this caption with the image and some are sharing without the image.

For those who don’t know how BJP IT Cell helps it’s ministers and local leaders being active on social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus simultaneously, I’ll explain briefly. Just check the profile of this BJP leader Vijeta Malik here: You can see same posts and photos are being shared on her timeline again and again. Her profile is a best example of a typical BJP IT Cell controlled profile.

She even has a Tumbler blog, where all propaganda-filled posts are being shared, almost automatically by “you know who!”. If you follow the below tweet of her, you can also see her Twitter timeline how automatically everything “propaganda” is flooded into the social media.

It’s because, you can interconnect Instagram, Twitter and Facebook posts so that it will be shared everywhere automatically when posted through a supported software or inbuilt support. Even, users can automatically share posts to Google Plus as well.

These leaders hardly use their social network accounts for such series of shares, the IT Cell will take care of this. I have not even checked the Twitter timeline, which could be filled with anti-Mamata Banerjee posts. If the West Bengal government is seriously looking for the culprits who incite communal hatred on social media, it should arrest and question these people.

If you are looking for the source of the original photo, it’s here.
