Rajasthan High Court Judge’s Claims Related To Cows Are Mockery Of Our Judiciary System!

Yesterday, on 31-May 2017, as he retired from his duty as a judge in Rajasthan High Court, Mahesh Chandra Sharma has asked the central/state governments to declare the cow as national animal and punishment for cow slaughter be increased from the current 10 years’ imprisonment to a life term. Moreover, he has used some terms based on the LIES being spread across the social media. Let’s see the FAKE information quoted by the judge in details.

CLAIM 1: According to the report by Hindustan Times, NDTV and various online media, the judge said, “It is believed that 33 crore gods and goddesses reside inside the cow…cow is the only living being which intakes oxygen and emits oxygen.”

This is not FAKE, but it’s partially true. Every biologists say and even science magazines reports that every animal, including humans inhales oxygen and exhales a mixture of gas, including the unused oxygen. This means, not only cows, humans also exhale/emit unused oxygen.

CLAIM 2: Justice Sharma quoted German scholar (he wasn’t a scientist or biologist) Rudolf Steiner, and said that the cow through its horns absorbed “cosmic” energy.

When I researched in this matter from any science magazines or trusted sources, I haven’t found any single reference in this regard. For your information, cosmic isn’t any scientific word. This word has been used by many religious leaders in their holistic speeches. Here’s the meaning (Thanks Google!): Cosmic energy is one of the English translations of the Hindu term shakti. It refers to external spiritual energy and can also refer to prana, or the life energy that is the source of kundalini.

CLAIM 3: Judge Mahesh Chandra Sharma said, “It is believed that 33 crore gods and goddesses reside inside the cow and the animal appeared along with goddess Laxmi during the churning of ocean in Hindu mythology.”

Not to hurt anyone’s religious sentiments, but I have to say, What’s going on in this country? Gods, Goddesses and mythical characters are ruling inside the courts? Influencing the judgements? Where is the neutrality of the judiciary system?

CLAIM 4: Drinking cow urine rids one of sins of the previous life. Seriously?! WTF? Is he a judge or a religious Guru? Hands down and I surrender! If you have the guts to read a few more points of his judgement, visit this link of Hindustan Times.

BONUS:

“The peacock is a lifelong brahmachari (celibate). It never has sex with the peahen. The peahen gets pregnant after swallowing the tears of the peacock.”

~ Judge Mahesh Chandra Sharma.
